Chris has over 25 years of experience in all phases of Millwork including estimating, design, layout, fabrication, finishing and installation of cabinets and Architectural Millwork.
This experience in the Industry aids clients and general contractors in design cost estimation, value engineering and proper design for all phases of woodwork. He works with clients for both Sierra Woodworks and Creative Millwork, achieving successful public bidding and negotiating design build projects. Insuring the most accurate cost and value of design is presented for each and every project. |

Working closely with Blue Sierra's team of management professionals, David uses his 30 years of experience in Architectural Millwork fabrication to oversee Sierra Woodworks. All areas of production in the shop, including quality and safety, are directly under his supervision. He carries the responsibility of monitoring costs, overseeing expansion, and maintaining a schedule to insure the materials are on site as promised to our customers. |

With 21 years of experience in all areas of the Architectural Millwork Industry Mike has developed the skills needed to oversee employees and production in the Creative Millwork Shop, as well as schedule deliveries and installations at varied job sites. As lead Project Manager he supervises a team of experienced project managers for the completion of every project. |

Janet Cousemaker , Production Scheduler
Janet entered the Millwork Industry after studying furniture design in college. She has gained extensive design and management capabilities from her 30 years in the industry. Her position with Blue Sierra Inc consists of scheduling work for both companies through communication with the Production Managers and Install Company. While working with clients and General Contractors she maintains a working schedule that fits the needs of all concerned. She works closely with the company’s President, maintaining daily business activities in all phases of the operation. |

Jon Loker, Installation Supervisor, Architectural Install Masters Inc.
Jon worked in construction and then moved into the Cabinetry and Millwork Industry 12 years ago. His role with A.I.M. involves the supervision of lead installers assigned to many and varied projects. Jon is responsible for safety on every job working with each employee and his lead installers. His scheduling talents assist in making sure all requests are met and time tables are adhered to. His talents and knowledge insure small problems are dealt with in a timely manner, keeping the job on track. His attention to detail and desire for all jobs to be completed is paramount in assuring each and every job is completed the first time. Employee relations and job safety are also part of his responsibilities. |

Mynde Oetting, Office Manager, Architectural Install Masters Inc.
Mindy was raised in the millwork industry working in the shop during high school, delivering and assisting on installs. She has a background in computers, networking and customer service. Mindy has her Associates Degree in Accounting and is instrumental in maintaining all aspects of day-to-day business for A.I.M. She also assists in financial accounting for Blue Sierra Inc. and its family of companies. |

Mike has 12 years of experience in the millwork industry working as a project manager, engineer and estimator. While working on a variety of projects ranging from small tenant improvements and multi-million dollar new buildings he has learned the necessary information to bring the projects in on time and on budget with high quality.
